hook - production + traffic manager
ad age small agency of the year southeast 2010
2009 - 2011 | charleston, sc

after graduating with a finance degree in 2008, it was time to switch career paths. this was my first "real" job out of college and my first exposure to the world of advertising.

hook is a small agency of six, so i closely worked alongside every member of the agency learning different roles and how work flows through an agency.

we had big ideas and micro-budgets, so it forced us to be scrappy. even so, we won some big awards. i was proud to be the production manager on projects that won at the local addys, including, best of show, best campaign, best of print, and ’oh shit! that’s funny’ special award.

here's some fun projects that i was part of:

pass a moretti interactive campaign
who doesn't love birra and futbol?

cathead vodka label
anyone that has to go through the ttb label approval process deserves a bottle of vodka.

double feature wine packaging
double the wine, double the fun -- yet double the trouble producing.

hook guerrilla self-promotion tp
swapped the tp out in the bathrooms at the ad age agency of the year award ceremony in new orleans.

harbor cruise rickshaw ads
tourists love rickshaws, tourists love harbor cruises. cool idea that got me out from behind my desk to produce it.

fischer beer - infrenchions campaign
included case cards, table tents, microsite, magazine ads. campaign won: best in print and best in show at the local addy awards.
